牛津期刊库培训：牛津期刊编辑讲述如何成功在牛津期刊中发表文章

苗晨霞（Charley Miao），牛津大学出版社中国区出版经理和全球出版道德委员会的总监，负责与中国高水平的期刊合作，吸引一流文章投稿，组织作者培训，比如2008年在厦大组织的作者培训，以及2011年在青岛海洋大学和太原理工大学组织的作者培训是一些比较成功的案例。
演讲主要内容：
Starting with introducing some best Oxford Journals in linguistics, such as ELT Journal and Applied Linguistics, the reasons for publishing manuscripts will be briefly mentioned. Then key points in preparing your manuscript, responding to peer reviewers and submission of your manuscript to an appropriate journal will be presented in details. Finally, it will be the leisure time for you to wait for your manuscripts to be published and disseminated in the world.
首先介绍牛津大学出版社的比较好的几本语言类学术期刊，如《英语教学杂志》及《应用语言学》，然后简单介绍发表学术文章的诸多原因，重点是介绍如何撰写学术文章，如何根据审稿意见修改文章，如何向合适的学术期刊投稿，最后就是悠闲地等待你的文章被发表和在全世界被传播。
