The Impact of Colonization on the Native India People’s Cultures
Starting from the colonial competition between Britain and French in 1763, the lecture is delivered chronologically, introducing the vicissitudes of India cultures together with the impact they underwent over hundreds of years. With the combination of other scholars’ viewpoints, Dr. Fletcher will describe the change of educational conditions to illustrate the effect of colonialism on India cultures in North America. Though the issue is complicated and hard to be solved completely, the protection of India cultures is supposed to be continued for the blossom of multi-culture.
